Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website is intended to provide general information about Digicentrique, its capabilities and ways to begin a business conversation. Nothing on the website creates a client relationship by itself.

Permitted website use

You may browse, reference and share links to this website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable scale or use its content to misrepresent Digicentrique.

Enquiries, proposals and scope

An enquiry, estimate or exploratory conversation is not a binding commitment. Work begins only after the parties approve the relevant commercial terms and scope in writing.

Project objectives, deliverables, assumptions, timelines, fees, dependencies and acceptance criteria should be recorded in a proposal, statement of work or separate agreement.

Client information and responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, decisions, approvals and materials needed for delivery. Timelines may change when a dependency or approval is delayed.

  • You confirm that you have the right to provide any content, data, credentials or assets shared with us.
  • You remain responsible for business, legal, regulatory and operational decisions made using a deliverable.
  • Production access and sensitive credentials should be shared only through an agreed secure method.

Fees, invoices and taxes

Fees, payment milestones, taxes and reimbursable costs are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are payable by the stated due date and undisputed overdue amounts may pause delivery.

Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of material it owned before the engagement. Ownership or licence terms for newly created deliverables, reusable components, third-party software and open-source material will be defined in the applicable project agreement.

Website content, brand assets and original presentation material may not be copied or republished as your own without written permission.

Confidentiality and security

Where confidential information is exchanged, each party should use it only for the agreed purpose and protect it with reasonable care. More specific confidentiality, data-processing or security obligations may be recorded in a separate agreement.

Third-party services

A solution may depend on third-party hosting, APIs, payment services, software, licences or platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and pricing. Digicentrique is not responsible for a third party changing or discontinuing its service.

Website availability and warranties

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but the website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular decision.

Project-specific warranties, support periods and remedies are only those agreed in writing for that engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party should be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Any project-specific liability allocation or cap must be set out in the signed agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these website terms when the business, website or legal requirements change. The version published on this page will apply from its stated effective date.

Any governing-law and dispute-resolution terms for a specific engagement are set out in that engagement's signed agreement.
